The Lincoln

This house starts out as a ranch with a 5/12 roof pitch. However, we decided to build our model home with a 12/12 roof pitch. In addition, we designed this house with a large utility room rather than a master bath.

There are many ways to customize this floor plan. The standard plan is 26' x 36' or 936 sq ft. We built our model 27'7" x 44" approx 1,221 sq ft with an unfinished bonus area approx 464 sq ft.

You can design your home with a master suite on the second floor and bedrooms 2 and 3 downstairs or...put the master suite on the first floor and bedrooms 2 and 3 in the loft area. One homeowner wants a master suite on the first and second floor for her lake getaway home.
